Here are some of the most common problems.& solutions

Q). I can't log on. It keeps sending me to the sign in page

A)  100.0% of the members with this error are AOL users. AOL has done some funky things to IE6 and 7.Tthe work around is  easy. Many problems can be solved by NOT using the AOL version of IE. Just log onto AOL as usual. shrink down the AOL homepage. Next go look for the version of IE that came with your computer. Click that on then go to DominosTalk and log on.

DominosTalk recommends all its members use Firefox. You will not have a fraction of the problems you have with IE. About 1/3 of our members are using it. It is 400% faster and is far more intuitive and easy to customize the way YOU want & not the way MS wants you to work..

PASSWORD AND LOG ON PROBLEMS

Q) I have lost my password.
A) There IS a spot for you to retrieve your password. IT has worked and continues to work. People who can't get a response have not followed the directions. No big deal as they ARE way to complimented. Fill out a help ticket. We will first send it to you. If after 24 hours you don't hear from us we will need to change your password. Let us know so we can send you a new password.

Q)  I have not logged on to DominosTalk in well over 6 months. Can you reinstate me or send me my username and password?
A)  After 6- months the systems retires you. You will need to sign up again.

Q)  I would like my General Manager or supervisor access to DominosTalk. How does this work?
A)  When they sign up and are verified, they are given access to only the OPEN forums. Any forums that are closed are for franchisees ONLY. All NON franchisees accounts are terminated every 3 to 6 months ti ensure they are still in the system.


OTHER PROBLEMS

 Q)  I can't figure out how to use DT.
A)  When you log in there is a FAQ on the menu. This will do a much better job than anyone on staff to help you.

Q)  How much are the dues for DominosTalk?
A) There are no dues. 100% of our income comes from sponsors and donations. Should you have a desire to donate. You may do so by using PayPal, Any amount is appreciated. Credit Cards accepted.....
